Wall Mount VOC in Water Stripper/Monitor RT 202

Description The Clear Passage Products RT 202 combines all the features and benefits of the model RT 201 with a built-on VOC-monitor. It reliably measures ppm VOC concentrations in water. The RT 202 is a continuous on-line or transportable monitor which provides the measurement of low ppm concentrations of dissolved solvents in water. This could be from industrial wastewater, cooling water, groundwater, process or rain water run-off. Continuous monitoring is a reliable and effective method to improve the process management for treating, discharging and detecting of dissolved VOCs in water. Compared to the laboratory grab sample analysis method, the technique of continuous on-line monitoring provides cost effective, remote and operator unattended measurement of volatile hydrocarbons in water. Principle of Operation The RT 202 stripping unit with FIA (Flame Ionization Analyzer) detects the dissolved and dispersed volatile organic compounds in water. Our instrument is based on the principle that a monitor with a heated flame ionization detector detects the volatile organics which are stripped from the water with a standardized VOC Stripper in compliance with the El Paso Method.With our proprietary 375°F heated VentDown FID detector our system is nearly immune against the presence of chlorinated hydrocarbons.
